1. Subscriptions & Orders

 

All subscriptions are billed monthly. Each issue includes a printed newsletter, bird sticker, photograph, and related content. Digital subscribers receive a PDF version. As this is newly rolled out, if you have any issues please don't hesitate to reach out on instagram!

2. Shipping & Delivery

 

I mail each issue via Australia Post. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days from dispatch. I'm looking into offering  International shipping soon!

 

Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or postal disruptions — thank you for your patience. As letters may take some time and get lost allow a month to arrive, reach out to me early on to follow up!

3. Returns & Refunds

 

Due to the handmade and time-sensitive nature of the newsletter, returns and refunds are generally not offered. However, if your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact me within 14 days and I’ll do my best to help! Having a lovely experience is the main priority and goal!

4. Cancellations

 

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations will not affect issues already paid for or shipped.
